Large Albino Bushynose are the biggest males I've ever seen.  These are absolute monsters, show-quality bushynose for display tanks.

    News & New Items
    Hey Everyone,

First, I'd like to remind you all that somehow it's already halfway through November.  I know, it doesn't seem real, but next week is your LAST chance to order before Thanksgiving/Black Friday!  Trust me, if at all possible you want to avoid ordering the week OF Thanksgiving, since air travel starts to get pretty dicey towards the end of the week, and we only have monday and tuesday to pack a week's worth of orders.  Avoid the headache and the risk, and just get your orders in next week so you're stocked up for your Black Friday weekend sale.  Alright, so, on to fish stuff!

Possibly the best week for a wide variety of new stuff I've seen come through here in November before!  It almost feels like January already.  From huge Central american cichlids to new nano fish and shrimp, we've got a little bit of everything this week, and lots of species that haven't been on the list in many many months.

For nano tanks, moth cats are back!  These adorable little 1 inch catfish are perfect for tanks as small as a couple gallons.  Chili rasboras, Clown rasboras, Hawaiian variatus, Blue tetras, Rainbow shiners, Blue Kerri tetras, Choprai danios (on special!) and much, much more cool stuff from Asia.  The rainbow shiners are one we've been getting a lot of requests for lately, so hopefully if you're one of the stores that's been asking you'll need to order this week.

On the larger side of things, we still have the super nice Mayan cichlids from the Monday email, as well as the one big Florida Gar, and the Belonosox.  We also received a new batch of Fire Eels that are supposedly 5-6 inches, but are actually the same size as the 6-7 inch.  Order whichever one is cheaper, since they're both equally nice.

Give your rep a call if you have any questions!

    Tetras & Characins
Blue Kerri came in way oversized this week.  Definitely one of the most attractive tetra species you could possibly stock, and they get much larger than a lot of the more common species too.
Green Neon tetras are quite small like usual, but always seem to sell out.  I guess just because they're the cheapest neon, but keep in mind these are wild caught and not quite as colorful as normal tank-raised neons.
Penguin tetras have switched from Imported to being Florida bred this week!  The imports were absolutely gigantic, so in one sense I'm sad to see them go, but the FL Bred fish should hold up much better for you.
Silvertips still running large and have tons of color.
Silver hatchets came back in from Colombia and are great size.  This is a good option for a top-dwelling fish to take up space in tanks that are commonly vacant.
Green fire tetras are running very nice right now. The green color on the upper half of the body doesn't show up as well out of the water but in your tanks they'll look great.
Silver Dollars are about the size of a silver dollar coin, conveniently.

    Barbs & Other Cyprinids
Large tiger barbs are still the best barb by a long shot.  You're probably getting tired of seeing them every week, but the point of this email is to show everyone what looks the best.....and these definitely look the best out of all the barbs.
Cherry barb are restocked but running on the small side right now.  Should also have a small number of albino cherry that are substantially larger.
Clown Rasbora haven't been in stock for months, so it's something very different.  These are NOT a nano-sized rasbora, getting up to 4 inches.  The color is fantastic on them, with iridescent greens and purples on a reddish background.
Brilliant rasbora are absolutely gigantic this week
Zebra danios are back!  We were told it would be months until the local supplier had any zebras to sell, but 2 weeks in a row now they've been in stock, so hopefully that means this industry staple is back for the time being.
2" rainbow shark are on special and much better value than the 1.5 inch right now.
    Livebearers
Hawaiian Variatus are back in stock for only the second time ever.  Last time we got them from Israel and the price was a bit higher, but they were far more uniform.  These are from Asia but they're still very nice looking and worth the price.
Vampire swords are smaller than the firecrackers, but still much larger than all the other swords on the list.
Red Tuxedo Platies are always fantastic, and this batch is no exception.  The black and red coloration is a great contrast that will catch people's eye.
XL Swordtails.  Super limited, super huge.  Best value sword here by far, but will likely be sold out after Monday.
Dalmation LT Mollies ran out earlier this week but came back in towards the end of the week so we will be good on them for next week.  This is probably the most popular color of molly.
White Dumbo have really nice pastel colored fins.
Red Rose guppies are one type we almost never run out of, so if you don't like substitutions on guppies for some reason, make sure you have Red Rose within your colors you picked out.
    New World Cichlids
Gold Ram are back in stock from the local Florida supplier.  Blue's ran out again, and we're hearing it will be a couple of weeks before blue rams are available again.
Med Koi angels have been coming in with great color and patterning lately.
Lemon Oscars are restocked, and are a combination of the solid yellow variety and the yellow tiger variety.
Mayan 3-5", I think this is the smallest one in the tank.  Most are actually about 6 inches.  By far the best value on a large fish we have right now.
Pikes from colombia are a mix of the belly-crawler type and these sveni type that actually swim around.  Great size and value.
Geophagus Sveni are restocked from the local supplier.  They're very limited again, as this is one of the most highly demanded geophagus available.  The adults are some of the most colorful fish you'll ever see, and the photos online of them are not photoshopped.
Jack Dempseys are literally fry, DO NOT ORDER THESE.  We are not giving credits for size, you've been warned.
    Old World Cichlids
Albino red empress have been here for about 2 months now and are getting bigger.  Still pretty small for a medium, but they're extremely rare in the hobby still.
New this week, Kyoga flamebacks!  These are mixed sex, with beautiful males.  Prices for these will be on the Monday email.  They're cheaper than the Nyereri, for a price reference.
OB Redfin Borleyi available at regular size for the first time ever!  These are the most beautiful cichlids we get when we bring in the adults, so it's super exciting to offer the younger fish at a much lower price.  The price is almost the same as the florida bred peacocks on the list, and again we will have the exact price for these on the monday email.
Sulferhead peacocks are still here and males are coloring up already at 2 inches.
Red Zebras came in about as nice as Red Zebras can ever be.  Solid, bright orange coloration.
Balloon Jewel Cichlids are back after a couple month hiatus.  This pic was taken the day after they arrived, in a week they'll be solid super bright red.  I'm 90% sure the vender only sells us males on these, so all of them look fantastic once they're not stressed anymore from shipping.
    Catfish and Loaches
Biggest Agassizzi cory cats we've ever gotten.  Wild from Colombia. Price didn't go up for the larger size, which is kind of strange.  I expect these will sell out in a hurry.
Gulper cats are back!  these are big guys, about 5 inches, and can eat a fish about 6 inches long haha.  That's barely an exaggeration.  These make the perfect predatory catfish for aquariums, since they max out under a foot long and don't need a big tank like redtails or shovelnose.
Mosaic wood catfish are the coolest new fish in here from the South American shipments.  These are livebearing catfish that are sexable.  Make perfect project fish for the nerds like myself with a room full of tanks at home they think they're going to make money on breeding one day.
Butterfly plecos got restocked late Wednesday night, sorry for anyone that had them scratched this week.  We did run out, and then we did get a new batch, so it's not a list mistake, they're here again.
Sumo Loaches are a super nice little bottomfeeder that won't break the bank.  This pic doesn't show it very well, but they have on orange tail that shows up quite bright in the tank, so they're actually an attractive fish that serves a cleaning purpose in aquariums.
Gold Dojo loaches are not tiny this week.  Each shipment has gotten a little bigger recently, so hopefully we're back to the same size as the normal dojos (huge) soon.
Sewellia "hillstream" loaches are beautiful as ever.
    Other Fish & Stuff
Brackish Archerfish are back in at the 2 inch size.   Perfect tankmates for figure 8 or spotted puffers!
It's been many months since we had big Panda Garra in here so these are a welcome sight.  This is the best algae eating fish you can possibly buy.  Just make sure you have a lid on the tank, cause they'll definitely jump if they get startled.
Hujeta "rocket" gar came in about 3 inches, very nice batch.  These will eat live feeder guppies.
Moonlight gourami are another fish I haven't seen in here in probably 6 months.  Not the most exciting or colorful fish ever, but people do seem to like them.  They get quite large (6 inches or so) and are super shiny solid silver when they're big, so they definitely catch your eye.
Zig Zag Eel are restocked.  Really cool patterns on these, sort of like tire track eels.
Albino Bichir are nice and chubby this week!   Still pretty short, but this batch looks like it's been growing up on a 24/7 blood worm buffet.
We still have scarlet badis in stock?  Weird.  Ok, well, you should be buying these.  One of the most popular nano fish, they get along with literally everything except each other haha.
    Inverts
Black Bee shrimp are restocked.  They're a bit smaller than most of the other fancy shrimp, and they're not all black, some are red.  i think maybe these are closer to wild strain shrimp than manmade creations.
Zebra nerite snails finally came back in, and this batch is super clean.  They always have patterns like this, but normally it's under a layer of algae.
Horned nerite are great for nano tanks.  These eat film algae super well, especially on the glass, and only get about the size of a dime.
Assassin snails will solve your bladder snail pest problem in your plant tanks.  Are you tired of customers complaining about getting pest snails when they buy plants from you?  maybe even leaving bad reviews on google?  a handful of these in your plant holding tanks will fix that problem.

    Saltwater Corals
The Saltwater stock-list gets sent out on MONDAY afternoon.

In saltwater, we offer tons of top-of-the-line corals.  If you need really nice frags to sell for $10-15, we've got you covered.  If you want a $400 show piece unique Australian brain corals, we've got that too.  Tons of the coral frags are aquacultured in-house and are named lineage pieces of various SPS and LPS.  Import frags that are MADE in-house are also available, and are great options to get slightly bigger pieces that customers want like torches, hammers, blastos, acans, zoas, etc.
