Hey Everyone,
Can you believe Thanksgiving is already here? It seems like this year flew by even faster than normal. Somebody make it stop please. Time moved a lot slower in the 90's.
We are trying something new! VIDEOS! This is our first attempt, and I think we can streamline this a lot in the future. Our sales manager Dave did a walk through the packing house and shows you what's looking best in video form instead of a million pictures. This saves us a ton of time, so I hope we can make this new format into something that works out great for you as well. Currently, my idea is to maybe do 2 or 3 videos instead of one, and have each video have a theme, like "bread and butter fish", "cichlids", and "new cool stuff". So that way you don't have to watch the entire video if you're only interested in certain things. But anyway, we're open to suggestions, feedback, praise and soul-crushing criticism. Let us know what you think. Personally, I think videos show off many fish much better than a photo can, because you can't really get that perfect angle to reflect the scale colors in a photo sometimes.
Now the most important thing we need to talk about: SHIPPING SCHEDULE. In case you didn't see the email we send out on Tuesday, or read the subject of this email before you clicked it.....we're only open and shipping Monday and Tuesday. No shipping Wednesday. We're going to be slammed busy those 2 days, so there will be no way to take late add-on orders on Tuesday. We need your order in here on Sunday if you want to pack Monday, and we need the order BEFORE WE CLOSE Monday (6pm eastern) if you want it to pack Tuesday. This unfortunately means that if you submit a website order at 7PM eastern Monday after we've gone home, we're not going to be able to ship that order. Shipping will resume normal schedule the week after Thanksgiving.
There will be not be a Monday Email due to the short week and shipping schedule. Unfortunately this also means that reptiles and saltwater will also be unavailable. Normal shipping schedule will resume the following week. Hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and a very busy and profitable Black Friday weekend.
Give your rep a call if you have any questions!

LF Serpae are coming in fantastic still. Great size and even better color. Good alternative to standard fin Serpaes since they have been in short supply. |
Diamond Tetras are decent size, one of the better bread and butter tetras right now. |
Black Phantoms are back in stock but running smaller than they were. |
Red Eye tetras are back in stock, been tough to keep these available all week long lately. |
Red Panda Barbs just came in so they're a little faded but they're at the size where they'll color up as soon as they're in a tank with substrate. Haven't had these in a hot minute as the kids say. |
New batch of Platinum Green Tiger Barbs came in this week. Keep getting better with each batch which is surprising for this time of year. |
Got restocked on all male Longfin Rosy Barbs and they're just as nice as ever. Bright red color with really nice fins. |

Farlowella came in smaller than the last batch but are holding up well. |
Hoplo cats are extremely limited. I think we have a dozen we pulled out of a pond here as by-catch. Super awesome bottom feeder though, they're like a giant cory cat that doesn't bother other fish at all. Even safe with Neon tetras. |
