Plus saltwater and Reptile updated lists -- Nautilus Stocklist
Hey folks,
First, Id like to mention, if you're in the Great Lakes area, the Midwest or the Northeast, you should probably check your weather forecast before planning on an order this week. Looks like there's a forecasted ice storm expected to pass through, and I saw a headline that said something like "expected to cause travel chaos" which for us translates to "shipping chaos". It's still just a forecast at this point though, so I'm just bringing it to your attention as something to be aware of that may impact shipping with UPS or airlines if you're in that area.
Anyway, now for fish news!
Got a fair number of new good sized SA/CA cichlids in here over the weekend! We already put the 4 inch sized red devils on special for you all, and they came in yesterday. The coloration is great, not many are solid orange so they should be more desirable than usual while also being cheaper than usual. Also got a nice 3 inch size as well that we can keep in stock for a few weeks with larger quantities.
Cuban cichlids were another one that we got, at a 4 inch size (just barely). The Cubans have always been one of my favorite larger predatory cichlids. The color they get is like a Jaguar but enhanced, with a clean white background and super nice contrasting black lines and spots. They do get very big though, and will kill their tankmates.
There were a handful of fish we mentioned on the email Friday also that didn't make it to the stocklist. the 3 inch assorted peacock cichlids and the Diptail Pencilfish. The peacocks are around $8 and the Pencils are about $1.50, just off the top of my head.
Sorry we've been running so late on this Monday email. It's just been so busy on Mondays here and it doesn't leave a ton of time for us to devote to everything putting together this email entails. Hopefully with the new guy we brought on this morning, once he gets trained up some he can help get pictures and take some of this work load off so we can get this out to you quicker going forward!
Give us a call if you have any questions!

Red Spot Turquoise Severum are super nice for a regular. I'm honestly shocked how much color they're showing already. these should be some awesome adults. |

Silver Hatchet got new stock late last week and so far they're holding up well. |
Exodon "bucktooth" tetras. I think we forgot a pic in the email Friday, but we got these in from Colombia last week. Good size. |
Large Albino Tiger Barbs are almost never available so get them before the breeder runs out! |
Longfin Rosy Barb got restocked and the males are absolutely **fire emoji**. Solid red, some of the nicest I've seen. |
Siamese BB Cat are a much larger version of bumblebee cat compared to the normal South American imports. They still stay very manageable. |

Reptile & Amphibian Highlights

Reptiles finally got updated after 2 weeks of being unable to ship reptiles. The buyer understandably didn't go crazy getting stuff back in stock since he couldn't sell anything for a while there, but did get a few new spiders back in as well as a wild caught veiled chameleon delivery being lined up for later this week.
