Albino "Red Fire" peacock which is derived from an albino line of German Reds.  Very nice color, they look like they almost glow in the dark
    Hey folks,

Pretty good number of new fish came in over the weekend including some staples that you rely on that have been out of stock for a little bit like some Florida bred Gold Gouramis!  Not the most exciting fish in the world, but it's something I can't believe was out of stock for as long as they have been.

We got our weekly guppy restock yesterday, so guppies should all be in decent number today, along with some more Rhino Gobies, Blue Kerri Tetras, and some 3 inch Clown Knives that we haven't had in a while.

Florida suppliers had some Trimac cichlids ready to sell in 2 sizes, a "regular" (2 inches) and a 4 inch (which I think we're calling medium).  These get huge and are just about the meanest cichlid you can get, along with Cubans, Jaguars, and a couple others.  Some people are really into that stuff though, the meaner they are the more they like them, for some reason.

    **FROM THE FRIDAY EMAIL**
    Hey Everyone,

Lots and lots of super nice Florida fish in this week!  From bread-and-butter running large like the Diamond Tetras below, to ultra high-end OB Peacocks, we've gotten more nice local fish than I've seen arrive at the same time in a while.

Far East wasn't shy on restocks as well as a couple of long awaited items such as Purple Het Rasboras. These always sell very well despite their diminutive size. Speaking small but beautiful we got in more Scarlet Badis from not one but two different suppliers this week. That being said we shouldn't have any trouble filling these this week. Also got reloaded on Glass Cats which I'm told are holding are really well which isn't always the case with the. Got in more of the standard Flowerhorns as well as more of the 2.5" Red Pearls. Now while I'm not convinced that these are all true since I have found a few Thai Silks in the mix, they're a terrific value as they just slightly more than the regular Flowerhorns. And last but definitely not least we got in another great shipment of Discus this week. You'll see from the pics below there isn't a bad choice no matter what variety you go with.

Check out the pictures and writeups about the specifics below and give your rep a call if you have any questions

I never thought I'd see this elusive fish ever again!  The coveted GOLD GOURAMI.  In all seriousness, we haven't had one in stock for probably 6 months.  Grab them before they're gone again.  Size is great and color is as good as they used to be.
Imported Blue Rams are back.  Color leaves much to be desired, probably the brownest rams i've ever seen, but at least they're in stock.
4" Trimac cichlids are very nice.  Small enough they won't want to murder every tankmate yet, but one day they'll be truly aggressive tanbusters.  Lots of people are into that stuff though.
Red Devils of all sizes continue to come in nicely piebald types with splotches of orange, white, brown and yellow.
We've got some monster-sized Salvinis available right now.  5 inch fish are basically fully grown, Salvini don't get a lot bigger than this, regardless of what the internet says.  Males getting slightly larger is theoretically possible, but not in an aquarium.
Assorted medium Male Peacock Cichlids are more like pea-haps.  Lots of hybridized fish in this mix, but they look good and that's all that matters.
Regular sized OB Borleyi are back, and one of the best values on the stock list.  If it were summer already, I'd be buying these all myself and putting them in a pool in my yard and reselling them after a couple months when they're adults worth $70-100.
3" Clown Knives are back after a lengthy break.  These used to be a dime a dozen, but they're getting harder to come by lately.
Marble Hoplo cats are still here (along with the albino marbles).  Great looking fish, like a big cory catfish in care and temperment.
Albino Rainbow sharks are the only rainbow or redtail shark available, but they're really great size and well worth it.
    Reptile & Amphibian Highlights
There's some really neat reptiles ready this week!  Ball pythons got restocked with some really nice new morphs, including some larger specimens.  Two new spiders I've never seen before...a "Camaroon Red Babboon" and a "Black Earth Tiger".  Both of which are beautiful animals, but NOT friendly and don't want to be held.  More of an advanced species for most tarantula keepers.

Lots of turtles back in stock from Africa.  Mud turtles, Red Cheek Muds, and Sidenecks.  It's been a while since turtles were available so I'm sure these will go quick.

Also, somebody should buy that adult Blood Python.  It's an awesome deal, and it doesn't say on the list, but it's 100% Het for T-Positive Albino.  Also, I want to hold it, and I won't get to hold it if nobody orders it, so do me a solid and buy that guy, ok?   Thanks!
