3" Import peacocks are amazing this week. Probably the nicest I've seen come through here.
    Hey everyone,

We have a lot of really nice stuff on special right now, both the regular list we sent out Friday plus the Monday specials have a TON of the must-have bread and butter type stuff on it for a great price.  Be sure to stock up soon, we're only a couple weeks away now from Black Friday and the holiday shopping season kicking off into full swing....and you don't want to be ordering fish to arrive that week if you can possibly help it otherwise.  Don't sleep on those Hongi Redtops.....they're some of the nicest mbunas we've had in quite some time.  They're listed as medium which is accurate for the species at about 2.5 maybe 2.75 inches.  Males are showing perfect color already.

As for the weekend we did get quite a bit in to supplement the list, listed in the New Fish section above.  3 types of loaches all came back in, including some really solid-sized tiger botias with great color and patterning.  Dwarf puffers are arriving tomorrow, and just in time too because I think we just ran out again today.

The super popular Glass Catfish are back in stock today as well and on the new item list.  They're average size, about 3 inches, and they do much better in a big group.  Koi swordtails are also back as well, these are the red and white "Kohaku" variety, not the red white and black "sanke" variety.

The restock on 3 inch assorted peacocks is exceptional, some of the best ones I've seen in a while,  Makes me wonder if we tried them from a new supplier this week or something.  Definitely a good time to stock up on those if you want super brightly colored cichlids that you can retail for a much lower price than the Florida bred fish.

Give your rep a call if you need anything!

We mentioned the Sailfin Tetras last week but weren't able to get a good pic of them before the email went out. This by far one of the most unique looking tetras out there and one of my absolute favorites. These should go in a hurry.
Buenos Aires Tetras continue to come in nice size with good color. Plus they're on sale this week. This is a hardy starter fish that every store should be stocking. Perfect for beginners.
Red top Hongi are one of the best looking Mbuna out there and these are already showing near adult conversation. Best part is these are also on special this week. These will definitely go quickly so get with your sales rep early if want some.
Got a handful of Chili Oscars left. Size is pretty good on these, about 3". They vary from one shipment to the next but these are solid with great color.
Dovii continue to grow here and most are 2" or better. These grow up to be absolute monsters in every sense of the word but always sell well and they're on special this week so certain to fly outta here.
Regular size Electric Blue Acara are the nicest they've been in months. We usually push the mediums since there's typically a huge size difference but both are really nice this week. I would recommend stocking both sizes so you can fill either price point for your customers.
Pike Cichlids keep coming in as non-belly crawler types. Look to be Sveni or something similar. This is a breath of fresh air since there hasn't been a ton variety coming in as far as pikes are concerned.

    Reptile & Amphibian Highlights
Reptile list finally got an update for the first time in about a month.  Bearded dragons are in stock, and that's actually pretty uncommon for this list.  Also lots of fancy type Leopard Geckos and baby corn snakes to cover you on all the most common and popular reptiles that keep the doors open.

If you're looking for something more interesting there's plenty of that sort of stuff in stock as well!  Yellow striped basilisks are one really interesting lizard that won't break the bank.  Tiger salamanders are available for the first time in literally years.  Amphibians are always tough to come by, get them before they're gone.  And there's a good number of perfectly sized well-started baby blue tongue skinks.
